U.S. Preliminary Elections

Walker Frahm, currently a Fulbright-Hayes grantee in Romania and the Republic of Moldova, spoke to Bucharest journalists on the intricacies  of the U.S. presidential voting system, while journalists in Iasi, Targu Mures and Timisoara had a chance to follow him through DVC.
