Administration and Public Management International Conference in Bucharest

Dr. Roger E. Hamlin, Professor Emeritus at Michigan State University and currently a Fulbright Senior Scholar at Babes-Bolyai University in Cluj-Napoca, was a keynote speaker at the 14th edition of the International Conference organized by the Bucharest University of Economic Studies, October 25-26, 2018. The Conference theme was Human Resource Management and Public Organizational Performance. Drawing on his vast experience of theory and practice in this field, Dr. Hamlin lectured on Intersectoral Relationships and the Demand for a New Public Sector Human Resource in front of a large public of Romanian and foreign specialists and students.
