The 4th Annual Literary Event organized by the National Capital Area Chapter of the Fulbright Association will be featuring poet and Fulbright alumna to Romania Tara Skurtu. The event will take place on October 23, in Washington, DC. Tara will talk about her Fulbright experience and read poetry from her new book The Amoeba Game.
