Professor William Henry Issel is preparing to start his Fulbright grant at the West University in Timișoara, where he will be teaching courses on American Thought and Culture. During his Fulbright grant in Romania, professor Issel will be accompanied by his wife, Dr. Mary Claire Heffron, who is already preparing to coordinate a seminar titled ''Trauma and resilience in early childhood” in collaboration with Dr. Deborah Harris.
