BOOK LAUNCH: Train to Trieste by Fulbright Alumna Domnica Radulescu

Published in 2008 with the prestigious press A. Knopf and twelve other international presses since then, winner of the 2009 Library of Virginia Best Fiction Award,
Train to Trieste was hailed by critics, journalists and best selling authors as “an unforgettable story that introduces a new and astonishingly fresh voice,” (Arthur Golden, best selling author of
Memoirs of a Geisha), and it’s author, Romanian born Domnica Radulescu, “a remarkable writer enriching American letters with her Romanian perspective” (best selling author of

The event will take place on January 24, from 5:30 p.m., at Eminescu Bookstore. The pioneering editor of Tritonic press, Bogdan Hrib will speak at the launch, as well as the author Domnica Radulescu and professor Maria Sabina Draga Alexandru.
