Collaboration between the University of Bucharest and the University of Illinois at Urbana Champaign Facilitated by Fulbright Alumnae

Friday, May 12, 2017, dr. Luisa-Maria Rosu (UIUC, Fulbright alumna) presented "The role of Evaluation in promoting Diversity in STEM Educational Programs in USA." Luisa Maria Rosu was the key note speaker of the 6th edition of the conference "Education for future: scenarios and resources" organized by the Faculty of Psychology and Educational Sciences, University of Bucharest.  
The conference brings together undergraduate and master degree students in the field of educational sciences from FPES and similar institutions at the national level. It represents a forum for exchanging ideas about contemporary issues in education, stimulating students from educational sciences field to reflect and express their study and research interests. On a longer term, the conference is meant to be a platform for communication and sharing as a basis for future professional communities in the field of education.
Catalina Ulrich Hygum (another Fulbright alumna) continues the long cooperation between the University of Bucharest and the University of Illinois at Urbana Champaign.
