The Center for American Studies at the Bucharest University of Economic Studies organized on Wednesday, April 26th, the workshop on the Romani and the Holocaust in Romania. Professor Michelle Kelso from George Washington University presented the documentary film entitled: “Hidden Sorrows: The Persecution of Romanian Gypsies during WWII”. The film based on her research on the history of the Romanian Roma deported in the Transnistria camps.
