On December 15, the Fulbright-EducationUSA advising team was pleased to deliver a virtual presentation on U.S. study opportunities, kindly hosted by the Information Resource Center at the US Embassy, for students at American Corner Bacău.

We took this opportunity to acquaint the students, mainly 11th graders, with liberal arts education and other advantages afforded by the U.S. higher education system, as well as provide them with useful tips on the application process, and encouraged them to take advantage of our resources and services.

Several of the participants voiced an interest in studying in the U.S. and were keen to ask questions, on topics ranging from the most popular majors pursued by their peers to athletic scholarships.
