Fulbright roundtable @ 17th Annual Conference of the English Department, University of Bucharest

The English Department of the University of Bucharest held its 17th Annual Conference:
Religion and Spirituality in Literature and the Arts on June 4-6. On the first day of the conference, the Romanian-U.S. Fulbright Commission organized a roundtable entitled “55 Years of Fulbright in Romania”. The roundtable was attended by current U.S. Fulbright grantees (Linda Achey Kidwell, University of Wyoming; Luisa-Maria Rosu, University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign; Carla Baricz, Yale University, Connecticut; Erika Schultes, College of New Jersey, NJ; Robert Logan Woods, Albion College, MI) and Romanian Fulbright alumni (Ludmila Martanovschi, Ovidius University of Constanța; Mihaela Precup, University of Bucharest; Dana Mihăilescu, University of Bucharest). The discussion, moderated by Prof. Rodica Mihăilă, focused on ways of making the best use of the Fulbright program.
