New Article by U.S. Fulbright Grantee Carla Baricz

Carla Baricz has just published a new review on Park Min-gyu’s Pavane for a Dead Princess in the Words without Borders online magazine, which “promotes cultural understanding through the translation, publication, and promotion of the finest contemporary international literature”.
It is the latest article by Carla in a series which includes reviews on authors such as Mikhail Shishkin, Mircea Cărtărescu and Orhan Pamuk.
Carla is currently completing a U.S. Fulbright Research grant in Bucharest, where she is preparing a translation and critical edition of Ion Budai-Deleanu’s Ţiganiada, Romania’s earliest known epic.
