Winter Orientation for U.S. Fulbright Grantees

On February 19, 2014, the Romanian - U.S. Fulbright Commission organized its traditional Orientation Seminar devoted to the American Fulbright grantees present in Romania for the academic year 2014/2015 and to greeting the newly arrived U.S. Fulbright grantees.
Drs. Linda Kidwell, Mihaela Moscaliuc, Patrick Mason and Ryan Voogt, the four new Fulbright grantees who arrived for the second semester of this academic year, were briefed by Mr. Bruce P. Kleiner, Acting Deputy Chief of Mission, and other representatives of the U.S. Embassy at the headquarters of the U.S. Mission in Romania.
The entire group of U.S. Fulbright grantees participated in the reception organized at Casa Oamenilor de Stiinta, where they had a chance to actively interact with Romanian alumni and friends of the program.
On the second day of the event, the entire group of U.S. Fulbrighters and members of the staff went on a visit to Peles Castle and George Enescu Memorial House on the Prahova Valley.
